Easy Ticket Booking Instructions

  1. Scan the QR Code
    Use your smartphone to scan the QR code provided at the venue or on our website.

  2. Enter the Payment Amount
    In the amount column, select the payment based on the visitor's age:

    • Ages 0 - 6 years: Free

    • Ages 6 - 14 years: ₹100

    • Ages 14 years and older: ₹250

  3. Provide Visitor Details
    Fill in the name of each visitor in the “Remarks” column. Ensure the spelling is correct for accurate ticket issuance.

  4. Specify Time Slot

    • 4: 00 PM to 5: 00 PM

    • 5:00 PM to 6: 00 PM

    • 6: 00 PM to 7: 00 PM

    • 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM

      Include the visitor’s name and chosen time slot in the following format:
      For example, if the visitor's name is neha and the time slot is 4 PM to 5 PM, you would enter neha45.

  5. Submit Payment Confirmation
    After completing the payment, take a screenshot of your transaction and send it to the following number: 8826685928.

  6. Receive Payment Receipt
    A confirmation of your payment will be sent to you via email or SMS instantly, or within one business day.

  7. Collect Your Ticket
    Bring your confirmation receipt and collect your hard copy ticket at the reception on the day of the event or before the event begins.

  • Dandiya Play Time: Enjoy 1 hour of unlimited Dandiya dance fun! Please note that the playtime begins once you have entered, but it will be restricted to your selected time slot only.

  • Food Stalls: Savor a variety of delicious treats and snacks throughout the event.
    Please note: Outside food is strictly prohibited to respect and support our food vendors and ensure a delightful experience for all attendees.

  • Exhibition: Explore an array of fascinating exhibits showcasing art, crafts, and cultural displays.

  • Ticket Policy: Each ticket is valid for one individual only. Should you wish to book tickets for additional attendees, please ensure you purchase each ticket separately.

  • Admission Rights: The school reserves the right to admission for the event.

  • Family Event: As this is a family-oriented event, we kindly request that all guests conduct themselves in a respectful and considerate manner to ensure a welcoming environment for everyone.
